E-commerce Cracow Expo was held on 17th April in Cracow, Poland. This edition of the biggest e-commerce event in Central Europe featured 4,000 visitors, 18 expert presentations on 4 stages and 130 exhibitors.
Speakers at the event discussed topics related to omnichannel communication, m-commerce, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, and the role of personalization, tailored messaging and targeting.
