New Ways of Leveraging Segmentation in Marketing Communication in iPresso

Assigning customer attribute is the new type of action that may be performed on contact segments in iPresso. This will allow marketers to automatically use the data on segment’s count in communication with their leads and customers.

This option will enable marketers to create communications (to be sent e.g. by email) such as: Tickets for this flight have been booked by X people or X customers have already taken part in the promotion. Remember it only lasts until the end of the month!

The X value will be automatically refreshed and updated by the system, so that the most current numbers may be included in communications.

Such messages may be employed in Marketing Automation scenarios to provide customers with data on, among other things, quantity of purchased products, number of bookings that were already made, competition participants, used coupons or workshop participants.
