On May 7, we are introducing a new version of the iPresso interface. It’s not just a graphic facelift. This is a comprehensive redesign of the way of working with the system – visually and functionally. Below you will find a full summary of the changes: you will find out what has changed and why, and what it means for your daily work with iPresso.
Visual changes
Color
We changed the color scheme of the system, emphasizing clarity and visual consistency. We have adjusted the colors to modern design standards, improving the readability and aesthetics of the interface.
Graphic elements
We have updated the appearance of icons, buttons and other graphic components. The changes are consistent with the new colors and correspond to the latest UI trends.
Consistent naming
We have tidied up the terminology. We have unified all elements – from block names to functional descriptions, which allows for easier navigation around the system and faster onboarding of new users.
Refreshing the appearance of iPresso Studio
iPresso Studio has a new look – clear, simplified, better guiding the user through the available functions. The refresh included the entire layout and interactive elements of the studio.
Navigation
Side navigation
The previous layout, where many features were available through nesting in Campaigns Studio, has been rebuilt. Currently, each communication channel (e.g. e-mail, SMS) is a separate item in the side menu. Thanks to this, the user no longer has to indicate the channel inside the campaign editor – the channel is selected earlier.
Top navigation
We have also changed the top navigation system – the change is mainly visual and ergonomic.
Login screen
The login screen has been completely rebuilt, maintaining the current logic (logging in, password recovery, creating a new password). What’s new is the ability to choose the display mode – light or dark mode.
New functionalities and possibilities
OmniSearch
We have introduced a new search function – OmniSearch – which allows you to quickly find system elements. This is a central search engine operating globally within iPresso, with the ability to filter results by e.g. campaign, scenario or functionality.
A database of inspirations and guides
New functionality that allows users to access educational materials without leaving the system:
- Built-in search engine for materials by title fragment
- Filtering by category and industry
- Access to guides if available for a given article
Guides open in the form of pop-ups, which allows you to use the system and instructions in parallel. Each guide includes:
- Progress bar visible at the top
- Buttons to navigate between steps
- Minimize to bar function with button access (maximize, move, close)
- Ability to move the pop-up anywhere on the screen
- Option to close the guide at each stage
Pinning
We have added the ability to pin items in the system, which allows you to quickly return to the most frequently used functions.
Listing
We have made changes to the listings and their configuration. New actions available:
- Manual refresh
- Automatic refresh
- Reset view settings
- Data export to CSV
- Copy function
- Visibility of values and tags
Changes within functionality
Channels
Visual changes in the functionality of channels – without interfering with the mechanics of operation. Each communication channel has been separated as a separate item in side navigation. When adding a new shipment, you no longer need to indicate the channel inside the campaign editor.
Automation – Scenarios
Block name changes:
- “Receiving e-mailing” → “Recieved e-mail”
- “Opening e-mailing” → “Opened e-mail”
- “Receiving SMS” → “SMS recieved”
The appearance of the configuration window has been modified – it now uses a dialog box. Descriptions added to existing blocks, including:
- Scoring – information about the change in the number of points for crossing the block
Missing items added:
- Condition verification – choice between one-time verification or cyclical verification for a specified number of hours
Abandoned processes
Changes include:
- Adding descriptions to fields in the Settings step (same as in Scenarios)
- Change of names:
- “Starting activity” → “The activity that starts the process”
- “Conversion activity” → “An activity that is a conversion of a process”
- “Abandonment” → “Recovery”
- “Starting activity” → “The activity that starts the process”
Descriptions have been added to explain the importance of these steps.
Block name modified:
- “Extra Action” → “Additional Action”
The appearance of the block configurator has been modified – now also as a dialogue box.
Reports
Raport OR i CTR
Changed layout – communication channels are now available in tabs, which eliminates the need to scroll through a long page.
Analysis of the contact database
- Instead of a drop-down list, reports are visible as a listing
- The report preview has been moved to iPresso Reports Studio
- Personalization options retained such as:
- Moving and changing the location of items
- Changing the chart type
- Moving and changing the location of items
NPS surveys – report
Reports have been reorganized – each chart has its own tab, which simplifies viewing the results.
Integration Center
- Changed “Disabled” label to “Available”
- All integrations available in one view
- Possibility to search by name
- Filtering by integration categories using checkboxes (you can select more than one category)
System – Access to the system
- Simplified structure – only one level of nesting in navigation
- Other functions available from the tabs
Summary
The new iPresso UI is a wide set of changes that have one common denominator: simplification, acceleration and modernization of work with the system. The user gains a more intuitive environment, new operational functionalities and better ergonomics. This is a step that sets a new standard in working with the iPresso platform.
